    But you'll need to create a replacement for the old bomb shelter Ziggy so it may come in handy later. It's beginning to look quite alluring and has the promise of a very unusual garden,

                Crikey, you have worked hard! And what a transformation already - can't wait to see how it progresses through this year - the landlord won't recognise the place. No doubt he'll word his next advert accordingly: "Flat to rent with secluded courtyard garden .... " and up the rent at the same time for the next resident :heehee:
