Crikey, you have worked hard! And what a transformation already - can't wait to see how it progresses through this year - the landlord won't recognise the place. No doubt he'll word his next advert accordingly: "Flat to rent with secluded courtyard garden .... " and up the rent at the same time for the next resident

Couldn't you find any carpet to sweep it under and then you could use the shed
