        So glad the outcome is favourable "M". More often than not I fear it isn't - when it comes to Landlords but this one's a good'un by the sounds of it,

          If only! I haven't got my log burner installed yet ... and that is still some time away yet.

              Mr Landlord began work today ...



              ... trimming the trees at the back of my property (on his side)! :heehee:


              The fallen tree is still *in* my garden and he reckons it will be some time next week before the man-who-can will be round to remove it. I obviously looked as perplexed as I felt ... :scratch: :noidea: ... because he explained the reason he was taking the length off the top of the trees at the back first is ....



              ... just in case he has any mishaps then all damage can be repaired at the same time! :huh: Didn't exactly fill me with confidence in his abilities, but, I can see his logic :heehee:

              At least he's trying and I can't knock him for that :pathd:
