This is growing in front of my window but most of the leaves are at window height and it bare below.

I want to know if I can thicken it up or need to move it but I'm not sure what it is.

    Any help appreciated !!

Hmmm, I've looked at pictures online and I'm not convinced any of them match.

Ricinus Communis seem to have multi-pointed leaves whereas these reach a single point. Also can't find this particular colour among the Ricinus types.

      Any other thoughts ??

A member of the Solanaceae family maybe?
That's narrowed it down to a couple of thousand species (maybe) :heehee:

Does it have quite pungent foliage? Looks like Clerodendrum bungii, I have seen variegated forms before but not with the pink tinge.

Ooooo the Clerodendrum bungii seems very possible !!

The pictures online look remarkably similar and the flower is the same type as well, little balls of pink.

However the leaves don't seem to smell of anything and you're right I can't find the pink leaved variance !!

Funnily, my first thought was Brugmansia/Datura of some sort.

If the flowers are similar as well, then I would say it is the Clerodendrum. You would need to crush one of the leaves a little to get the distinctive smell.

Dunno what it is, but if that grows outside in Hampshire I wouldn't mind a cutting

That is certainly a trait of Clerodendrum.
