My Draky chillies are coming on nicely

Going to tag whatever's been open pollinated and then put a few plants in isolation cages/bags for seed saving.

I've grown chillies in the past but always found the strength unpredictable so tricky in recipies. I've tried various ones but with odd results.

Could someone recommend one that is a known and predictable strength that is home grown that I could try? (not mega hot just nicely hot).

        Thanks
        GG

That's very difficult. I find that we get different strengths even on the same plant. If using for cooking and you have a narrow range of strength you want then you just have to taste a tiny part of the chilli.

            Done ... Get posting :)

I'd suggest 'Submarine', which has been developed by Sea Spring Seeds.

Plug plants are available until the 31st May, so if you want some, get your order in soon.

The pods are of a decent heat and have a beautiful citrus aroma.
