      Thanks @shiney, I thought of Mrs S this morning & wondered if she might be able to do her magic on it! Its been coming & going for a while, I feel it sort of 'ping' for want of a better word! Then it's sore for a few days but gets better ....obviously my age catching up with me :heehee:, joking aside if it doesn't get better I will make an appointment with Mrs S :dbgrtmb:

            Aloha everyone,

            I hope you're all feeling good. :grphg:

            Got lots of mowing done yesterday but don't expect to do much out there today as they forecast heavy rain.

            Keep well and have a great day :biggrin:

            Aloha!

                    :SUNsmile::hapydancsmil: Good Morning! :hapydancsmil::SUNsmile:

                    I hope everyone's ok. Overcast here this morning hence sundance at the top! :heehee:
                    My hip has improved slightly which is brilliant, I have a lot of jobs to do in the garden over the weekend, think hubby will have to be on the spade though! :snork: I suppose I need to start spring clean the house too, :thud: I might put that off :whistle:
                    Hubby is away in a couple if weeks so I'd get on better with that whilst he wasn't here, I hope to have a couple of half days whilst he's away.
                    The birds are chirping this morning, it's a lovely time of year. :)
                    Happy gardening my friends :)

                        I need to share this monumentally embarrassing incident to offload it or I fear I may never leave the house again, lol.

                        Yesterday I had cause to cut through Westfield, Stratford, the biggest shopping centre in Europe and always, always crowded. I was in a bit of a rush so had my music cranked up to the max on my headphones and was skipping in and out of the crowds like a little grasshopper. I remembered I needed to visit one of the shops on the ground floor, so jumped on the escalator, but decided to run down it on the left instead of standing still. BIG mistake on my part. Very big mistake, as there was something slippy on the edge of one of the steps. And of course, somewhat predictably, I hit that exact part of the step and went down like a ton of bricks. But that wasn't the end of my little escapade. I managed to drop kick the man in front of me who in turn ripped several bags of shopping from the unsuspecting, very surprised lady in front of him. We all landed in a big heap. It is the most intimate I have been with a strange man in many years. Neither the man nor the lady was hurt - the man was very understanding but the lady was a bit hacked off - I think she called me a bloody idiot but I can't be sure as it was total chaos and anyway, she was right if it was aimed at me. Other than a few scuffs, bruises and a smashed iPhone screen, I have lived to tell the tale, my pride and dignity are currently in intensive care but expected to make a recovery at some point. The moral of the story is (oh god, my mother was right!) DONT RUN ON THE STAIRS.
