Anyone booked there summer holidays yet ??

We went to Rhodes in the early 1990s, were at dinner the restauranteur told us at great length in broken English how much he hated the Germans, then turned to a German couple and said the same to them in German about disliking the English lol!

When I was there a few years ago. I visited the botanic gardens and also to the Majorelle Garden, this was owned by Yves St Laurent at one time. both were time well spent.

I love North Yorkshire one of my favourite places...

 

Is that where they shot a bus load of tourists ? stay away from Museums.

We are going to Edinburgh this weekend, I'm driving up with hubby & flying back on my own, he is working up there next week, it was just one of those opertunities which is too good to miss! I'm rather looking forward to the drive, all that lovely scenery to look at, I shall No doubt post some photos

We are off to Croatia in 3 weeks.Staying all inclusive at an adults only hotel.

May I add that our hearts go out to all those involved in the Tunisia shootings.
