Went here http://www.kingjohnslodge.com/ for a handsome cuppa and Courgette and Lime sponge and a stroll around after. Lovely Jacobean house and delightful grounds. Well off the beaten track so not many people get to find it. Some unusual nursery plants and shrubs and lovely but pricey garden shop too.
