                  Is Pallidus the shorter type? @strongylodon as mine are just about coming to the end of DSC_0070.JPG flowering but the 6ft one in the garden i planted out last yr is getting ready to flower :)

                      joolz, my C. pallidus is just opening and still very small, from seed four years ago from the same original plant as yours. It is shorter than salignus but not much, the original plant in Weymouth was 6ft high.
                      I have Viminalis Hot Pink, laevis and Inferno yet to open. Citrinus and Masotti were both badly damaged by frost and are flowerless.
