      Bit late but maybe this can help people.

      The Netgear Nighthawk range is about the best router you can buy, I replaced my BT home hub with one and now get WiFi all around the house and to the end of the Gardner (they do cost alot).

      Or maybe you could add I WiFi booster like the Netgear EX2700 (cost very little), Just plug it into wall socket just were the WiFi signal just starts to fade and it will setup a new WiFi hotspot you can connect to.

      Should Add! you get what you pay for on WiFi, cheep routers will almost always let you down.
