'!I've been waiting for some time for a poppy pod to open and when I came home from work today..... tah dah there it was ! ..... I can't explain how wonderful the colour is... I don't know what type it is as its been inherited... isn't it wonderful

 

Hi apple blossom, totally beautiful, another of my fav's. I might post a pic of what the blooming dog has done to mine, it wouldn't suit this thread though, blooming dog! definitely not blooming poppies

Hi Lolimac, could you tell me what the plant is called in the second picture, I'm sure that I have it in my garden, I actually thought it was a weed but it is so lovely I've left it be.... thank goodness

I don't know which one it is, but it's a hardy Geranium.
