Those Hostas are wonderful and look really healthy. Was that an aruncus I saw too on post #91?

 

Yes, it is a goats beard, been there now, 20 years. It really is not in the right place anymore as there was a bush originally there that balanced it all out nice. So thinking of moving and splitting it, but it is so happy there.

This hydrangea name is paniculata Kyushu originally from the Japanese island of Kyushu brought to the U.K. And then to Washington state. And now in my back yard. See the up close shot of the flower.
