Leaf spot?

    image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg Posted this in the wrong forum so reposting here. I've image.jpg noticed a branch on my Pieris that all the leaves are like this and white mildew like substance on the branch. Here are a few photos to help. Is it leaf spot? If so what is the remedy please?

    It sound more like a pest to me than a disease Gareth. Have you given the leaves close inspection underneath?
