    Just fancied some "proper stuff". Once you've made a batch, it's hard to find a commercial one that's as interesting as home made,

        Joolzs, I start of with good intent. You know - I'll go for Hugh Fearney- Whittingstall. Then I drift over to Delia - then Rick Stein. Then I look at what I've got and end up :fingers crossed: doing my own thing. I like it sweet but not Delia sweet and I don't like Indian spices in it either( except Turmeric ).
        It never tastes the same - each time I make it!
