When I was at college, there were some people who simply could not cope with black ink on a white background. Their work had to be printed in blue ink on yellow paper.
Is it possible to have 3 or 4 "settings" so members have a choice over background/text colour? Not sure how right I am (or if I dreamt it at a some point ) but I think people with dyslexia also find it a challenge to read black on white?

I tried this a long while ago and couldn't get it to work. I have a lap top and have just tried @Richard.r's suggestion, thank you, with my mouse pad, it works perfectly but makes everything too big and for some reason disables my finger pad scroll bar. It looks like I'll be better of sticking with the clouds.

When I write emails I use a medium to dark blue on a white background, it's not quite so harsh.

 

I'm like Sheal found it too much with my glaucoma so reverted, so pleased we could. Thanks Richard for all your work again.

 

How do you do that?

 

Go into your "Preferences"
Under "Style" choose GardenersCorner2013

Fine effort chaps but I have 20/20 vision and prefer to keep it that way so I prefer the older and more subdued background.

 

When you come to logging in Longk the new background will display but reverts to the old one on entry.
