I have mostly given up on mail order companies, rarely happy with what I get. I do find JParkers good for bulbs though.

Better off finding a nursery that offers delivery, get much better value for money and the plants are better too.

 

If you had other plants/seeds in the same order, beware of T&M not refunding for defective stuff in full, as they will initially attempt to spread the voucher savings across the entire order so you wont get a full refund on the item. You need to get on their case and demand a full refund, especially if it's too late for replacements.

 

Then, if you go for a refund, they will probably try and deduct the voucher value from any refund, meaning you would lose the voucher, or as you say they might offer another short dated voucher which will expire before the next growing season and also be subject to a further P&P charge.
