I've got another make steam cleaner but never used the window cleaning attachment. It would be a good idea to try it on the greenhouse, would save on that expensive Jeyes fluid, will have to try next spring. Doesn't help you much Ariadae but it has made me realise I could save a few pennies.

I've got one and I love it - it's made cleaning slidey shower doors a 2-minute job. Mine is a hand-held water hoover thing. I don't use the Karcher cleaning solution - I just use whatever I normally use and then use the machine to get all the water off.

My greenhouse isn't that old, so I haven't tried it on that yet - but I use it on conservatory windows that our dogs make mucky.

I've only used mine a couple of times, don't like it. I think it leaves the glass too streaky. Haven't tried it on the greenhouse though

You mean windows are not supposed to have a mucky smear at dog-nose height? My beasties said it was a vital anti bird-strike deterrent (not that it works...!)

My beasties seem to think they're doing me a wonderful favour by leaving nose and paw prints - and tons of hair :)

Of course they are - it's nose art and not everyone is lucky enough to have it

Our nose artist of 14 years died in March. So we have two new nose artists :)

          Thank you :) They're a handful, but they're brilliant.
