Polite Question for Admin

Good morning @Kandy @Daisies I do hope I haven't caused a rift here,I put myself forward out of desperation and just to make the power's to be aware that the photos comps are are important to myself and a few member's and I know Marley would not want them to just disappear without trace,it really doesn't matter who fills in for Marley until she returns just as long as they are resurrected

 

Well volunteered Woo, I don't participate very often but I know a few of you love doing the competitions so it would be great to keep them going.

 

No offence taken @wiseowl, and no rift caused either - in fact, I really appreciate your offer to help and it is clear that all the other members feel the same.

If you are happy to start off the next one (may as we start it from July as it is so close now?), then I say feel free, and I will give you my 100% support in doing so; indeed, I am as certain as I can be that none of the staff will have any objections either (and if they do, they will get their big sticks out and chase me round the office ). Anything you feel you want me or anyone else on the staff team to take care of, just tag, PM, email (or in my case, slap round the ear ) to get our attention, and please don't be shy about continuing to give us (me) a nudge if we (I) forget to do something.

 

Good afternoon @fat controller and thank you my friend but I still need the webmaster and Daisees permission for reasons of correct protocol.rules ect,and without that that I cannot proceed,is that not possible to get

 

I'm sure an agreed consensus of 3 of the Admin staff will cover that under the rules and protocols will cover your ability to run the Photo competition until Marley is fit enough to come back, Woo. Besides your "credentials" are such that I cannot think of any of the Staff Members would object. But to satisfy your requirement for a nod from the Webmaster I will pm him to gain his thumbs up.

Good evening @Scrungee and thank you,I will certainly do as you suggest as I often got frustrated and disillusioned many times over the last few months,as I am now, I had better be discreet as discretion is the better part of valour,all I have done is to volunteer to take over running the Photographic comp until dear Marley returns,but alas it seems by the lack of an answer from the powers to be that I feel that I am not wanted,so I will not pursue the matter any further ,thank you for all your support my friends,it is very much appreciated,it really is I shall carry on just growing and loving Roses

 

Hi Woo, it's official, you have the permission of the Webmaster and 3 members of Admin to become the person in charge of running the Photo competition.

Can I say I couldn't think of a better person to take charge while Marley is unable to visit GC regularly. So a Big Thank You from me and the Admin Gang and congratulations my friend!!
