          @Zigs

Do I have to break a habit of a lifetime?

I suppose you'll be telling me, next, not to hang up the tea bags so that they can dry! :hate-shocked:

            Good morning my forum chums,

Beautiful bright sunshine here, a bit chilly but looks like we are in for a warm day.

I'm pleased to report Mrs grumpy moo has left the room & Beckie has returned  God knows what was the matter with me yesterday morning

Our hedgehog was in the garden again last night, I popped out with some cat food, water & mealworms for him, he scoffed the whole lot in no time at all:yay:, I hope he has a family & brings them too! :hapydancsmil:

I'm passing the plant nursery later on, it would be rude to pass by & not pop in for a look! :heehee:, I'd like some tall scabious, when I say 'like' some I of course mean 'need'!!

So sorry to hear about your back @liliana, I hope it's soon better. Good luck with the hospital appointment & don't over do the window shopping make sure you have a sit down & rest your back. I hope your hubby is feeling better now.

Enjoy your day @Zigs  whatever you are up to I hope it's fun! :ccheers:

@Lolimac, sounds like the dogs are having a wonderful time :doggieshmooze:, I hope you have a lovely day :dbgrtmb:

@wiseowl, I hope you & Mrs Woo are both well?

@shiney, good to hear all is well in shineyland :dbgrtmb:,

I'm off to work shortly, I hope everyone has a good day, enjoy the weather folks :grphg:

Don't tickle a hedgehogs tummy unless you got half an hour spare to wait for it to relax and let your hand go

@Beckie76 You probably know already that you shouldn't give hedgehogs cat food that contains fish and you must never give them milk, but I thought I would mention it. :)

Hi Becky, back will not be better, I have found out that there are 2 things wrong, one I cannot remember much apart that I now know what causes the pain just above my buttocks.:thud:

The other problem is more serious, just above the coccyx, the last 2 vertebrae, are
down to the barest minimum of cartilage, and that I shall be grinding bone on bone. :thud:

I am already on 3 types of painkillers, so when it gets really bad, I wonder what I shall be prescribed? Probably a bullet , they shoot horses don't they .:rolleyespink:

I save the elastic bands, that the postman drops a round our area.:roflol:
I save the tea bags as well, as I only dip once, as I cannot drink strong tea- tannins upset my stomach.

I think I only drink 6 cups of tea a year :coffee:

Oh golly @liliana, it all sounds very painful. You've done exceptionally well recently with all the work you've been doing.
I hope between the docs & the hospital they can at least keep you comfy. :grphg:
