    After a warm sunny day yesterday, it's loads cooler today thankfully. We've had some rain over night and now it's cloudy with a temp of 17.1C.

                    Yesterday was hot (83F/28C) and very sticky. Some drizzle overnight has brought the temperature down to 63F/17C and they say we may have thunder and lightning and heavy rain around lunchtime. I'll wait till then and see whether it actually happens before getting the sprinkler out. The new bed dries up very quickly!

                              A thankful drop in the temperatures to around 28°C after another 36°C on Friday. Still dry and sunny but a north wind keeping it bearable. Some rain wouldn't go amiss. Thank goodness we had the deluge three weeks ago.
