    Lovely roses @Cjt2014. It's good to see someone else has got the bug. :dbgrtmb:

    I don't know of anyone on GC that shows flowers Spruce but Zigs shows veg's from time to time. :)

      Hi Spruce,
      I wouldn't have the patience to grow for showing.
      I've seen many pics of Fuchsia show plants and to me they look artificial. I like it when you can see some natural growth. Some of them look just too perfect, like they were made of plastic or the stuff artificial flowers are made of.

        I have some named show begonias , how they do it for dates etc is stretching my gardening knowledge and patience....

                    :heehee: Apple Blossom I know you're hooked but I'd wait until February time before you decide on any more. Why? Because that's when you've got to start pruning them all, followed by mulching and feeding. :biggrin:

                          I think you should tell that to my mum. Because ours have done so well this year she's already making out lists for november when Parkers do their sell off.

                          We've already decided on one cuz we haven't got an orange..... "Super Trouper".

                              :doh:I'm finding it really hard to find roses at the moment, the garden centres & farm shop have really tatty roses, is it coming to the end of 'container roses?' Should I now wait until 'bare root roses' are for sale?
