What's looking good in July 2015

Hi, to me all my garden is looking good , this is my first year and so pleased with what ive achieved,

Isn't she just! I bought that one for the sole purpose of taking cuttings and using them for a border in the front garden. But, I went to Shineyland in the meantime and ended up with a much smaller leafed hebe to do the job So, the R&C is going to have to be put to another use

My first attempt at a basket/wall basket in 20 years

There was originally a lot more Lobelia but it decided to go to garden heaven :(
And, the two green things either side are double Impatiens which are showing no signs of flowering yet.

 

That's a shame about the lobelia.... Impatiens (Busy Lizzies) are very sensitive to the lack of water, I'm shocked you don't have flowers as generally they flower really well, are they in full sunlight?

 

They're not Busy Lizzies Apple Blossom, they're in the same family but these are taller bushier plants with double flowers, I'll try and find a piccy for you.

PS..... Forgot to say the basket was from the 99p shop complete with liner

Your Alstroemeria Indian Summer is stunning

 

Your's are Busy Lizzies aren't they ?
They're Impatiens Walleriana, the ones I've got are Impatiens Balsamina.

I don't think I sowed the seeds early enough, but, they can be grown as houseplants as well to flower into the winter, so I'll keep my fingers crossed, as I've got 6 potted up on my living room window sill.
