      Last Vulcan flight ever today, positioned myself right under the flight path, but it was diverted several miles away from where we were waiting (top floor of multi-storey car park), good job I had a decent tele lens as it was probably 4 or 5 miles away.

      That's the Chilterns Escarpment in the background, plus there's a Red Kite underneath on the left hand side.

              No, it's not the time for that yet...........besides last time you borrowed it you went back and when walking through the streets of Sarajevo you bumped into a guy carrying a gun and he accidentally shot the Archduke Ferndinand and we all know what happened then.:hate-shocked::doh:

                      Looks like they're liking the shade from the trees in the midday sun, looks like they still have some of they winter coat (the light brown bits)

                        Very true! Usually they are the other end of that area, nearer to the entrance. I've seen horses and chickens on that ground before so thought, perhaps, the owners were leaving it clear for a bit. Then I saw them under the tree. Didn't know about the winter coat :dbgrtmb:
