It's been a mixed day today one moment sunny and the next

      images96VLIXHN.jpg

At one point Tess and I were sat in the shed waiting for it to pass by as to get to the house... we would have had to get a dingy!!

Saved me the job of watering :heehee:

We had a day off here today......the sun decided to show it's face, nearly all day too! :yes:The downside being the strong wind that's blowing again, 16C. Right now the sky has returned to gloom and overnight the temperature will be down to 9C.

Not a bad day, with lots of clouds in the morning and some rare patches of blue. Then by mid-day the clouds started to thin and more blue skies appeared. Right now I have the telescope set up on the patio in the hope that the skies will clear a little more, we shall see.!! The temperature is 56f and the pressure reading is 1037mbs.:coffee::snork:

Never seen one, Apple Blossom, and I've heard of any astronomer who has!! But the numbers say that there must be "Life" out there.......just not little green men and flying saucers.:heehee: You just have to look at the stars and see how unbelievably vast it all is.:coffee::snork:

I think I should invest in a telescope as I'm fascinated with stars and planets

It's dry this morning but very windy. Just been outside to stand a couple of pots back up that had blown over. It's 12.6C at the moment and again feels like an early autumn morning.

Was woken up last night by the sound of rain!! :yahoo: I opened the window this morning and, as it was so still, I just listened to the pitter patter of the rain through the trees. What a wonderful sound after so many weeks with no decent rain. It's set to continue all today and tomorrow, so we must make the most of it as next weeks looks like being another hot one.

No I didn't paint the sky below, it's real! Two days in succession with sunshine, a blue sky and no wind today either, 16C. I took this from my front garden looking over the hills but I didn't realise the person was in tandem until I saw the photo on my computer screen.

Felt quite cool today, in fact coldest day this week, 20C.
Bright at times but some dark clouds roaming around.

The telescope is out on the patio as the skies are clear after a day of sunshine and different shades of white clouds and a warm breeze. They do say we have some warmer and dryer weather on the way..:dunno: The temperature is 56f and the pressure reading is 1044mbs.:coffee::snork:

Not much wind this morning and I can see some blue sky between the clouds. It's 11.6C on the garden thermometer.
