Bit stiff this morning after laying some pavers,I wouldn't mind but it was only half a dozen they've been lying around in the garden since last year so thought it was about time I put them to some use.I wouldn't let Mr Loli help as when I start a job I like to finish it..Stubborn I think they call it...so I politely told him to play with his motor bikes
Some nice easy dead heading and other bit's and bobs today and then a relaxing afternoon sat in the garden,hopefully with a bit of sunshine

Wasn't Oscar a marvellous cat..not that Sarafi isn't it's just they are such different characters .My old dog was the same,he'd come and sniff the flowers when I showed him and dig holes for planting on request...Archi and Theo on the other hand Theo in particular is usually up to mischief ,if he's not stalking the chooks to make them turn around and chase him he's picking up tools and taking them to the opposite end of the garden at least Archi brings them back when I ask him,he's a bit more sensible...all good fun though

I'm off to a bad start , my cats been sick in the sitting room on the carpet I cleaned on Thursday, but far worse Nora died in the night , she wasn't herself yesterday & I had a feeling she was nearing the end , I think she had underline medical problems other than her reoccurring crop issue, crop issues are often a tell tale sign that there's other problems, eating the fat ball on Friday wouldn't have helped her either She had three 3 years & 4 months here & was always the most cheeky hen . I shall miss her. Hubby has said I can't have anymore because I get so upset when they die, but I really want more as you know.....we shall see, I think some might turn up soon!
Anyway your lunch sounds yummy @shiney & really easy to prepare, my type of cooking
@Lolimac enjoy your day in the garden & I hope your stiffness doesn't last too long, amazing how we are all so active but still have muscles we don't use & get stiff
I hope everyone else is ok, my day is going to improve .

Awww @Beckie76 ...I'm so sorry to hear about Nora....bless her little heart You certainly did everything you could for her,she was a lucky hen and I'm sure you'll miss her but they do give us such lovely memories don't they...Mr Loli says the same to me but I still go ahead and get more and go through it all over again...
