I hope you have a similar experience to us - no nonsense, and no hard sell; apparently their staff are not on any commission at all, so it makes not a jot of difference if they sell one sofa or ten in a day. It seems to work in their favour too - not only are the staff relaxed and happy (loads of pockets of laughter in the branch we went to), the customers are too; I reckon they sold half a dozen suites while we were there.
@fat controller, you can see that the one you chose supports the head and neck better. Your only problem now is how to not nod off when you sit down on it!!!
