Am I able to send you a root or something? If I can happy to help but you may need to help me so that I know what to send and how, and to be honest I think I may have seen one trying to grow in the veggie plot. I'm more than happy to send you a root if that would be of use??

It's growing wild here all over the island and pretty much classed as a weed now. :)

Yeah, I read through it earlier on, but I can't really comment as I've never had a pond :(

When you get to planting it I may poke my head in then LOL

          Thank you very muchly :)

How big is the one in your veggie plot and is it flowering?
If so, you're better off marking It somehow ( perhaps put string around it or something like that ) until it starts dying down and then sending it.

I don't really like moving bulbs etc whilst they're flowering as if they die off it can take them a few years to recover. ( Remember that bulbs need the energy from their { naturally } dying leaves to build up their food reserves for the following year.)

Oh well there's something I've just learnt. I'm going to dig over the veggie patch as I'm going to have a smaller one next year, I think I over did it this year and grew enough veg to feed all of Hampshire :heehee:...... I'm sure I could lift it into a pot without disturbing it and send it to you? ...Maybe?.... or happy to leave it until it has done its turn and then send it??

Still trying to find my way around the site and came across your beautiful photos. Recognised your name as someone who had sent me a welcome message so thought I would try replying - think I have probably done it all wrong again, but hopefully you will forgive a newly.

Anyway thanks for the welcome and just love the photos, especially the frog.

Only just discovered this reply it seems to have found its way into my trash box, would hate you to think I was ignoring you and I will look forward to seeing your latest photos.

I will do something on my introduction page when I feel a little more confident of how everything works. I have never joined a group like this before so am finding it all a bit daunting
