Just seen some footage on the news about the weather now in the south east. Looks really bad. Hope all GC members in the south particularly in Kent are keeping nice and dry. If it's any consolation we're getting it tomorrow! :hate-shocked:

Nothing more than an hour or so of light drizzle, so I now need to go and water all my stuff and it wont be from the rainwater barrel I emptied yesterday to make room for all the water forecast for today.

Was really dark most of the morning with heavy rain and thunder.

Brightened up in the afternoon, sun even came out for a while.
          22C
25mm of rain, but we needed it, not often I say that.:)

Not here either, though according to the Weather forecast which I just watched, we are having heavy rain at the moment. Hah! The sky is not even that grey and the Swallows don't think it is going to rain, they are flying high. The garden is dying, we have had about 10 percent of normal rainfall this year so far and most of that early on.

Well, it's been dull but dry all day so that's better than the folks in the South have had. So right now the temperature is 64f and the pressure reading is 1032mbs.:coffee::snork:

Same here Mowgley. It's been a stunner of a day, blue sky and wall to wall sunshine with the added bonus of some heat, 21C. Yes, that's heat as far as this year is concerned! :)

The birds have been enjoying it too! :)

The heavy rain finally hit us at 8.15 p.m. :hapfeet:

'Heavy' was just a slight understatement :heehee:. Thunder and lightning, torrential downpour, flooded roads and traffic unable to move because the drivers couldn't see out of their screens. That lasted about half an hour and then just steady rain for another hour.

This morning has been a mixture of drizzle and then stair rods! 69.4F
