Good Morning everyone & what a gorgeous morning it is too .
Hubby is off paying on the farm with his friends later they are combiening! Boys & their toys! It's nice it gives him a break from his normal job.
After a tricky week I'm now on top form, I must learn not to stir myself up I think too much sometimes.
Parkers bulb catalogue is really good I've looked at it so many times I should be able to memorise it!!! Maybe not the best thing to take to bed, it doesn't make me sleepy!
A bit of work to do today & plenty of housework to do, then I hope to spend the rest of the weekend in the garden

Our rain is not due until 2 p.m. I am always prepared, umbrella's are always

of Prosecco does the trick.

 

@liliana you are quite right last night was Prosecco tonight I was a true Brit in summer....PIMMS & lemonade delicious.
I got on really well with the kitchen, I've cleaned out most of the cupboards & given them a good tidy, not much junk in those thank goodness! Quick flick of the duster & Hoover tomorrow & I think that will do.
I'm worried I've not seen Loli on her for a while, is she ok? Does anyone know?

It's a lovely morning after last nights thunderstorms.
Can't hang about this morning, Bailey didn't get his walk last night because of the deluge so he is chomping at the bit to be away.

It's certainly a bit cooler today. I went out this morning to do all my chores & guess what on the way home it rained! Just having half an hour rest on the kitchen sofa with a cuppa. Hubby has been playing I mean working on his friends farm! They had a combine on demo to play with or do I mean use!!!
I suppose I should do the ironing as it's raining .

Morning all

Looks like I'm second out of the bunk

Well, what a Sunday, boot sale was going well, until 11.a.m. Just a tiny
spit of water, no time to get any plastic sheeting out, and the heavens just
pelted down.

Me, in a cotton dress, and just my underwear, I had taken my cardi off
as I was hot from unloading , drowned rat does not come
anywhere near, umbrella, well, that would have as good as a chocolate
teapot. Suffice to say, all my stuff got wet, am going to have to spend
today, trying to sort it all out, as it was put away in such a hurry.

Go a list in front me for today's chores, but I think they will have to hang
fire, I have a busy week, bone scan on Tuesday, got to go to Reading
for that, Weds doctor's for us both, and dentist on Friday for us both

Trouble is, that whenever we have appointments, it seems that the whole
day has gone.

Ah, well, hope everyone manages to stay dry.
