Good Morning everyone & what a gorgeous morning it is too :hapfeet:. :hapfeet:
Hubby is off paying on the farm with his friends later they are combiening! Boys & their toys! :heehee: It's nice it gives him a break from his normal job.
After a tricky week I'm now on top form, I must learn not to stir myself up :doh:I think too much sometimes:doh:.
Parkers bulb catalogue is really good I've looked at it so many times I should be able to memorise it!!! :roflol: Maybe not the best thing to take to bed, it doesn't make me sleepy!
A bit of work to do today & plenty of housework to do, then I hope to spend the rest of the weekend in the garden :hapydancsmil:
Enjoy your day folks. Happy gardening :)

Beckie, Keep calm, and breathe, if that does not help, a glass
          of Prosecco does the trick.:ccheers:

@liliana you are quite right last night was Prosecco tonight I was a true Brit in summer....PIMMS & lemonade :dbgrtmb: delicious.
I got on really well with the kitchen, I've cleaned out most of the cupboards & given them a good tidy, not much junk in those thank goodness! Quick flick of the duster & Hoover tomorrow & I think that will do.
I'm worried I've not seen Loli on her for a while, is she ok? Does anyone know?

                Aloha everyone,

Another lovely start to the day . Not a lot of physical Bouncability the last couple of days because of the heat. Mental Bouncability is working on full power. :hapydancsmil:

Dinner went well yesterday and our guests spent the first hour and a half on a guided tour of the garden with a glass of cold Pimms in their hands - with regular refills :)

Our, nice, neighbour continued cutting down his conifers that border our garden for the last 50ft. That's a good job as they have created a lot of shade in that area. He's still got to grub out the stumps and roots and shall be fencing the area and laying his side to lawn. We'll make another flower bed by some of it. Hopefully it will stop the deer coming into our garden and, with a bit of luck, the rabbits. :dbgrtmb:

To keep the fence running in a straight line with some other things he's got there (fence he put up some years ago to hide our compost heaps and other boundaries up his garden) he will be moving it between 1ft and 3ft into his garden. We'll be removing the original 60+ year old angle iron fence posts and open wire fence and shall gain that much extra on our garden. He doesn't mind us having it as his side will look much better. He'd let us have about 18" of his garden, up by our summerhouse, when we removed a giant 30ft long laurel hedge as that allowed him to put up a nice fence along that area and join it to his fence all down the front garden.

Our garden should be pleased with the weather forecast as we're expecting rain this afternoon and very heavy rain tomorrow.

I've been picking lots of beans for the last two days and will have lots still to pick today, tomorrow and Tuesday for the members of our Tuesday club - but running out of space in the fridge! All money for the charity :blue thumb:

@moyra it should be less hot today and for the next few days. I think it will be fairly hot today until it rains. Then a lot cooler by tomorrow.

                Have a great day

                Aloha!

                  Good morning @wiseowl, @moyra, @shiney and everyone.
It's a lovely morning after last nights thunderstorms.
Can't hang about this morning, Bailey didn't get his walk last night because of the deluge so he is chomping at the bit to be away.
                  Have a good day all.

                              Morning all:spinning:

Looks like I'm second out of the bunk :heehee:

Well, what a Sunday, boot sale was going well, until 11.a.m. Just a tiny
spit of water, no time to get any plastic sheeting out, and the heavens just
                              pelted down. :help:

Me, in a cotton dress, and just my underwear, I had taken my cardi off
as I was hot from unloading :hate-shocked: :yikes:, drowned rat does not come
anywhere near, umbrella, well, that would have as good as a chocolate
teapot. :heehee: Suffice to say, all my stuff got wet, am going to have to spend
today, trying to sort it all out, as it was put away in such a hurry.:wallbanging:

Go a list in front me for today's chores, but I think they will have to hang
fire, I have a busy week, bone scan on Tuesday, got to go to Reading
for that, Weds doctor's for us both, and dentist on Friday for us both :frown:

Trouble is, that whenever we have appointments, it seems that the whole
                              day has gone. :thud:

Ah, well, hope everyone manages to stay dry.
