    Hi

Is anyone having this pop up?

I haven't posted anything with a long running script, thought may have been my photos just posted in both photo comps... so I've just checked and I have sized them correctly so can't be that!!

    Any ideas??

Good evening @Apple Blossom my friend it sounds more like a Windows problem rather than a GC one;) what Windows and browser are you using:smile:

Good Evening @wiseowl, I'm on my lap top which I think it is still running on windows 8. Not had this problem before, but then I'm doing a lot of 3D presentations for work in the background but can't see that interfering with the GC link?

I had the same pop up yesterday when I was opening a number of GC tabs all at the same time.

As I hadn't the faintest what it was saying to me I just ignored it and that particular tab opened OK by the time I had replied to the others. :noidea:

Re. info re. the script. Sometimes when I have lagging, I get a pop up saying error and mentioning javascript console (as mentioned on a thread I started about lagging). Since this only occurred on this site, I looked at troubleshooting for one site (via my browser) and they advised I installed yesscript to directly tackle this. I have done so and am VERY disappointed to find that it has made no difference at all.

I have had confirmation that it IS springing from this site!

Having tried to access this forum on a different browser (which fat controller asked me to try) and encountered the same prolonged lagging problem, I enquired about the situation on a computer forum. They said that the problem is related to this site. I have relayed this to fat controller who is contacting the webmaster.

That's really informative Rosebay... I'm not sure if I tend to get it as use my IPhone and Laptop at the same time?

It doesn't really bother me it just slows things down a little and its a bit annoying when your trying to upload a photo.

Hopefully its just something simple :)

I tend to ignore things, if they're not too much of a nuisance, and they seem to go away. :noidea::heehee:

The same sort of situation as when I was born and my mother said to my father, "What should we call him?" and my father replied, "Maybe if we don't call him, he'll go away!" :lunapic 130165696578242 5: :lunapic 130165696578242 5: :lunapic 130165696578242 5:

Oh I used to get slight delays when clicking but now it is REALLY prolonged lagging i.e. over a minute and then often not succeeding in going to where I clicked to. It is really putting me off. I can't even use my colour font here now (i.e. no facility for that).

I sometimes get a message on Chrome, when a page isn't loading.
Something about a "plug in" not responding.
I just cancel it and the page loads as normal.

Just another sign of something that dont work properly, being sold to the general public.:frown:

If I stay calm and relaxed everything eventually works out OK.

              Take a deep breath
              Om...

Yes well...ha...easy to say when you have not had this problem for days now i.e. very PROLONGED lagging to anything clicked on here. Being calm and relaxed isn't sufficient to sort this out so we are waiting on the Webmaster to do so (who fat controller has alerted).
