if I remember right they are wax paper cones to which you set fire and insert in the ears. Then the wax should be "sucked away" and mix with the wax inside the cone. Something like that.

My blood pressure is too low again :-( today its been 97/57 and 107/57 the other day i did my physio and lifted weights and after exertion it was 99/63

Anything thats below 90/60 on either reading is classed as low blood pressure

Im doing everything right by drinking plenty of liquid and having plenty of salf etc. I can only think its dropping as i get fitter but i really dont need it to get lower im dizzy all the time as it is and fell into the wardrobe the other day.

Its very frustrating and unless i start passing out because of it there is nothing the docs will do about it.

          Hopefully it wont keep decreasing.

Anyone with high blood pressure want to figure away of exchanging so we can balance ourselves out lol

Thank you beckie thats really sweet of you

Tbh thats what is worrying me the most i have had a seriously stressful two weeks. One immediate family member had emergency surgery and another immediate family member had surgery to remove cancer found two weeks ago and my friend also had surgery and stayed with me for two nights as i live closer to the hosp than he does.

Im more stressed and emotionslly exhausted these last two weeks than i have been in ages and my blood pressure is lower!!!

So annoying!! Im also like 5 stone overwright if you go by BMI (personally i dont) so me being heavy isnt even helping the cause.

My fat should be helping me with this issue lol

I only get high blood pressure when I get a tax bill.:dunno:
Low blood pressure can cause black outs when a person suddenly stands up after kneeling or sitting for a while. You just have to be careful, Dips.

Yeh i try my best to be. When they stuck me on propranolol to see if it would help my headaches that cuase my blood pressure to drop further and i almost blacked out in waitrose. The whole room spam but luckily i grab the trolley and kept myself up.

Luckily they took me off that quickly as it didnt work for my headaches and i shouldnt of been on it cause of my raynauds either

Im quite use being permantly dizzy and geting dizzy standing up etc but when i have gone to the docs before about it its just the standard drink lots of water increase salt and lie on the floor with ur legs in the air.

To be honest, I never worry or check on my health:dunno: I just go on the basis that if I'm still alive after my next breath then I'm healthy and doing well.

Ah i wish i could go back to being like that. Thats how i always use to be but sadly chronic illness changes that. I have to keep on top of things and be strict etc
