EMAIL SPAM PROBLEMS(advice needed)

    Good morning I have a problem 80% of my emails from GC are going in to my spam folder I keep marking them not spam but they keep coming back,its only started yesterday,any help would be very much appreciated,thank you:smile:

          You need to make GC a trusted contact/sender; how you do that will vary depending on the software you are using, but I will be about a bit more tomorrow and am happy to try and help :)

              All the email alerts telling me i had a private message always use to go to spam but now they have started to appear in my inbox so i have had the opposite happening lol

                      I know this is woo's thread but, if you are asking anyone who is having this problem, then I access the GC posts by going online i.e. via my email.

                      OK - it then depends on your ISP's chosen software as to how you can make GC's email address a trusted sender.

                      This process, along with most other email operations are easier if you use an email client on your PC (like Outlook for example); some of these you have to pay for, but others are free. Thunderbird is a good free one, and works in a similar way to Outlook.

                      I presume that is Outlook.com as opposed to Outlook the program?
