    Good Morning,

Very overcast here but it's really warm 14oC, not bad for this time of year :blue thumb:
Not a great deal going on my end, off to work soon.
I hope I can get the grass cut at the weekend, it's looking a bit untidy.
I hope you all have a good day
    :grphg:

Good Morning all nothing much planned due to the appalling wet weather and agree with Beckie its still very warm.

I bet Mrs @shiney was so pleased that her talk was received well... and to be the best for years no wonder she got mobbed at the end... Well done Mrs Shiney. What was the talk about?

Good Morning @liliana not sure where to find 'flipping bad day' but I'm assuming you have done something similar.... so hoping too that you are feeling much better :spinning:

Wishing you all well and have a good day :autlvs:

              Morning early people :)

Off to work with the chickens again today :chicken:

Have pre empted the National Trust's love of signage and made my own for the bin I built :heehee:

One of the volunteers said if she was gonna kill someone, she'd do it in the autumn as the leaves would make it easy to hide the body, so wearing a stab vest to work today :spinning:

Have a good day everyone and don't get composted :)

                Aloha everyone,

                Nice sign, Zigs :blue thumb:

I'm expecting some rain today before the weather turns nice and sunny again. Up until a few days ago my solar panels were trying to beat the record! I've got just over three weeks to go to the end of the 'year' and have already produced 3,740 kWh. Last year the total was 3,880 - which beat the projected annual figure on all the paperwork.

@Zigs Are you still using your wind turbine as well as your panels?

I'm off for my regular visit to the chiropodist today. He doesn't do foot transplants so I have to try and keep these in good condition :heehee:

I've had a good result over my gas bill :blue thumb:

I have been in contact with the Power company a few times over the months telling them that there is something wrong with the way the gas meter registers. They ignored me until I reported it to a senior person. They then told me, at the end of July, that my meter hadn’t been registering from at least January.

So in August they came out and changed the meter. I’ve just been chatting to them and got them to accept full responsibility. So they won’t be charging me for any gas for the whole period that it didn’t work. To be fair to them, they didn't put up much of a fight over it. We use a lot of gas so this is going to save me at least £700 :yahoo:

Although the sun isn't up yet it's shining on the Shiney family :hapydancsmil:

Keep well and have a great day

                Aloha!

Good Morning all, could do with a bit of sunshine here. Have just walked Amber cannot get her to wait any later yet, so I shall soon be going out in the dark at this rate. Who was it kindly said they would give me some good advice on getting rid of the blue screen of death. I have tried all sorts of things but it keeps coming back. Malwarebytes doesn't cure it neither does Remo Optimiser. I have tried system restore but cannot go back far enough to before when it started. I have also tried updating drivers. All to no avail. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have a good day everyone and go easy no more poking your eyes out. God bless. :wub2:

                            Morning all, :spinning:

Well, I did my third accident this morning..... one minute I was getting out( albeit
a bit too quickly) of bed, the next I was on the floor, passed out.:hate-shocked: Caught my
shoulder and my cheek on the bedside cabinet, and scrunched my toes against the wall.

                            What a plonker :thud:

Miserable start, but the weather is supposed to brighten up, hopefully I can get
back out into the garden to finish, what the stupid rain stopped me from doing
yesterday, it was like doing the Hokey Cokey, in, out, in out. :roflol:

Off to see the Therapist for another appointment today, still doing well. Going
to take a while though, have a lot of issues.

A lady from a group called 'Crossroads' coming to visit today, to try and sort
out some respite for me and to try and arrange for OH to go and socialise
with others of his own age.:old:.

Have a good day one and all. :imphrt:

Blinking Heck! What a flipping morning! Last night I had a text from my neighbour to say her daughters dog had rolled in fox poo in the field at the back of our house :yikes:, so this morning in the rain Kev & I had to make a temporary run for the hens, luckily a friend popped by & dashed home to collect some fencing he had in his garage, he said he was pleased to get rid of it & didn't want anything for it but I feel guilty taking it, they have a young family & I know money is tight, thought I might get a gift voucher & give it to the children, perhaps for next.
So we were both wet through, short of time & now I have grumpy hens! They so love to be able to free range , anyway I'm thinking how I can improve the hen area to make it safer. :dbgrtmb:
Raining grey & horrible here today, but let's not get gloomy it's too early in the season for that, :hapfeet:
I'm positive my day will end better than it started! :fingers crossed:
onwards & upwards! :dancy: Have a good day everyone :)
