I think it's more about attitude to Life rather than attitude to health, Dips. I have learnt several hard lessons in that you can be super fit or super ill.....it matters not when you step out into the road and get run over by a No.53 Bus.:dunno::heehee:

Lmao haha thats how i look at life. I could die today or tomorrow and i couldnt care less

But if i want to live with this illness i have to be strict if i try to carry on without a care i would make myself sicker and have no life. Its stupid having an illness that the more u do the sicker it actually makes you lol

Oh Golly @Dips im so sorry to hear about all the stress on top of you not feeling yourself. After reading your latest post I feel I have to tell you about my brother, about 3 weeks ago he had a tummy bug which cleared up then a few days later he had these awful dizzy spells, the room spun, he had to hold on to various things to stay up, he felt so awful one night he went to bed at 8.30, got up to go to the toilet, passed out hit his head on the floor, was violently sick, was rushed to hospital ( I'm trying to spare you some of the details!!!) then collapsed again, his blood pressure was really how, had a CT scan, ECG, apparently it was a virus!?!? I know it's a long shot but could it be a virus adding to your low blood pressure?? Just a thought because you have been doing so well? :grphg:

Oh what a nightmare! Is he all better now?

I dont think i have a virus because i feel awful. Whenever i get a virus, cold or infection i feel amazing like im getting better and the ME symptoms reduce and if its a really bad infection they go away. i get so much energy and minimal pain and my brain works its brill. Something to do with my immune system having something to fight rather than just making me feel awful all the time because its constantly switched on. So i feel to blah and sick to have an infection.

I think me doing so well may be the issue with my blood pressure dropping. They always say to reduce blood pressure to lose weight and get fitter dont they. Altho i havnt lost any actually weight I have lost two inches off my chest, waist and hips and have gone down a dress size and my body is getting stronger and fitter and im building a fair amount of muscle. Which i think is the problem annoyingly.

My diastolic reading has now dropped down into the 40s the lowest its ever been is 40 but thats normally in sharp dips where i go really dizzy.

Guess im just going to have to get use to being even dizzier all the time.

My brother seems a lot better now thanks, he had to have an ECG monitor on him for 24 hours on Thursday, I'm guessing that was fine as I've not heard from him, he would be sure to tell me if there was a drama!

What a shame that your great progress is making you feel so bad. Golly your blood pressure is really low, I'm not surprised you feel so dizzy, a trip to see the doc I think is in order my friend :grphg:, I hope he can help you.
I'm so sorry you feel so blah & really do hope you soon feel better, I'm going to keep you in my thoughts & wish lots of get well soon wishes your way.

Yes i reckon no news is probably good news in that case. Glad he has picked up

Thank you thats so sweet and very kind of you

I wont bother going to the doctor for now just going to monitor it. I have gone to the doc before about this and been on 24 blood pressure monitor which wasnt much fun and during that day it was fine probably because the machine is so uncomfortable and stresses you out and make you jump everytime it starts up lol the docs never that concerned annoyingly.

If i start collapsing tho i will be straight there.

                        Latest moan from me....

The local council, in their wisdom (ha!) have decided that Sandy Ground Hall has to have mains water and sewage facilities....which means digging a 2,5 metre deep trench across my front lawn. Naturally, they want to do it in winter.....

It's one of those niggly little things, which I can never quite figure out.

I was doing some strimming at work yesterday in some fairly thick growth.

How is it that so many little bits of debris actually manage to end up on the inside of my clothing, even getting right into my underpants? :yikes:  (A little uncomfortable, and not easily removed when you're out in the middle of a large field either).
