If I had a choice of what to have in a bouquet it would be peonies and hydrangeas, with a few roses for scent.

checked back to see what outcome was arrived.
And just remembered, my husband arranged flowers to be delivered monthly to me.

Confused on this one , does the rose colour not depend on what the nearest petrol station have in stock :biggrin:

There is symbolism in rose colours. Red for passion and romance. A man buys a women red roses when he's hoping for a bit of bedroom gymnastics.

You give yellow roses to someone you have to spend time away from, to ask them to wait for you.

White is for weddings. White symbolises purity, virginity, and other lies that have been painted over to create a blank canvass on which to paint a new life.

Pink is romance too, but more light hearted, fun romance, such as one might buy for one's fancy piece.

Of course any colour is fine as long as the recipient either doesn't know the colour theory, or doesn't give credence to it.

In any case, one must exercise extreme caution, because whatever colour or quantity, it is of course wrong, because as we all know, men are inherently wrong

Yeah, but think about it Sheal,

If we knew the actual day we could go and help ourselves to all Longks lovely exotics.
I know you're thinking about your move but I could hold whatever you want in a special " holding bed "
