Yawn Yawn, wakey wakey !! 2015 mk 2

Morning all

I had a visit from my grandson, Sam, with his dad and stepmother, we made a double
chocolate cake with cherry sauce, needless to say, there was not much left for us to
eat for later in the week. I think he will be coming to see us just before Christmas, so that will
be something to look forward to.


Not a good night last night, Fred our dog was sick several times, I decided to
sit in the reclining chair in case he was worse. Eventually I got to sleep around 2.30am,
I do not make a good pinup picture, I think I can feel the bags under
my eyes sitting on my cheekbones.

I am really struggling to get a lot of things done at the moment, aches and pains of the
worst kind, I can't stretch very well, even though I warm up my joints on the heat pad
before I make a start.

Dank and grey here today, would like to see a bit of sunshine, but I don't think
that is on the agenda for today.

Still my worries are small compared with the problems in the world, God bless
all who are suffering on this planet of ours.

Morning all,

Cool and frosty here this morning,saying by the weekend we could see some snow...we did have a dusting on Saturday.

We had a great weekend, lots done and most of my holiday decorating done outside, what's left I can finish today.

I'm off to Home Depot to pickup a few things......so enjoy your day everyone!

 

Had an email from the head gardener at the trust, i'm now in charge of propagation

Good morning Shiney and WOO and all who follow after you. Much lighter this morning so must get Amber out in a minute. The Fisherman came home ate a hearty dinner and then after putting all his gear away crashed. He is working locally today apparently so that is good. I believe we have a lot more wind and rain this afternoon but in the meantime it appears dry so I shall make the most of it with Amber.

What at 3am?

 

Morning all,

Its another cool one here, but not as much frost as yesterday though.

I was supposed to go down to Toronto this morning, but parts aren't ready, so probably tomorrow now.

I got the rest of my Christmas lights up yesterday, and on their timers, so that's all done. Just waiting on my wreath for the front door, but its not ready yet, Natalie`s friend makes them every year and I ordered one from her.

Off to throw some laundry into the dryer, and then need to vacuum, so enjoy your day everyone.

Off to the trust garden in a bit, got some stuff to do inside, but can't see us getting much done outside in this

Taking some turbo yeast to try and accelerate the leaf mold bin
