What's your weather like 2015

It' a tad windy me thinks, my wind thingy said 75 mph about 15minutes ago

 

Strong winds here also and the sky has been dark grey all day, 12C/54F.

It looks like we could have some sunshine around the weekend but the weather is going round to the north which probably means the thermals will have to come out of mothballs.

 

Damp and 'orrible most of the day and now blowing a gale outside and dare not go outside to check the damage

 

I hope all is as it should be when you investigate in the morning Mowgley.

I've been out & checked on my hens several times, they are tucked up tight in the coop. Hubby has strapped the coop down.
I'm quite worried out my greenhouse & the fence.
@NorthantsGeezer, I heard on the radio earlier Northampton has been hit badly, are you ok my friend?

Hope you lot further South don't get too much damage. From what was said on the national news Barney seems to be causing a fair amount of trouble. We for a change are missing the gales and it's quite calm here tonight but getting colder. Stay safe everybody.

 

Blimey it's getting worse here. The wind is continuous.
There's sparks flying out the top of next doors chimney! As if I need to be worrying about that!
On the news earlier they said the wind would be at its worst here between 21.00 & 23.00....they weren't wrong there!

Another gloomy and cloudy morning. The lights are on as it's still quite dark. Sunshine and rain are forecast for later. The wind has died down a lot and it's 11.7C so still mild.

 

Yuk factor 10, was nice this morning, but now, well

 

All the palms shelters I did Saturday intact a basjoo lost a leaf and the rest look like they've been through the shredder . A few leaves on the trachycarpus bent and snapped but nothing serious all in all not bad. The wind picking up again now.
Drizzle on and off all day 10'c but felt colder in the wind.
