    You're welcome @shiney

I feel its really important to be up on all the research to find out whats going wrong to work out whats best for you in order to improve

I have to say my positivity has been fully smashed to bits following that article so even tho im not well enough to leave the house today and it goes completely against pacing. I will be being picked up by my mum so that i can be distracted from all of this and ya know what if i get sicker for a few days so be it. I cant be stuck in by myself feeling like this.

On a positive note tho my blood pressure is up to 118/78 so whoop whoop lol maybe i should just get angry all the time.

Raised blood pressure didnt last long its now down to 69/55 which is the lowest my systolic reading has ever been.

Because i was angry following the articles yesterday i went sod it and went out did too much and did too much of a workout and ignored my heart rate during it so im quite sick today. Pacing fully went out the window.

My left side of my head feels like its going to explode any second and everytime i stand up or move i have a slight funny turn. I cant concentrate so im talking really fast and my legs are not working if i want to move them im picking them up with my hands to move them.

I feel like a bigger crash is coming tomorrow so i reckon the weekend will be written off and i will only be good for watching tv

Had a vister drop in this afternoon, (i won't put up a picture) just getting tea ready and there was a loud thud, went out side and there was a duck on the patio ( sorry to say, but dead) it flew into the roof after being shoot by people shooting near by. The worst thing is at there must have shoot the duck very near to the house for it to hit the roof then fall down onto the patio, we took it back to them and gave them a ear bashing :snork:

This is a beautiful spot named Jane's Creek, until they built some superstores next to it,I just wish I could catch the people dumping this rubbish, this happens every day,at one time there were 40 trolleys in the water;)

Many people wish they were young again.....but let's not wish we were 'too' young eh :)
Note: I am not saying that all of this was done by youngsters, and also, not 'all' youngsters do this kind of thing :)

We have a local small chain of supermarkets here @wiseowl, that have slots for a pound coin on the handles of the trollies. Put the coin in and it releases a chain from the next trolley in line. On returning re-insert the chain and reclaim the coin. It's simple and works and stops the eyesores in your pictures. :)
