I will be working today - figure doing this will allow me to take thursday off, maybe even wednesday afternoon too. Hi ho hi ho

And the sun is showing this morning - so nice to see!

I'm a bit behind on the forum so I'm sitting here with a cuppa catching up....anyone else fancy a cuppa?

We took Caicey into town to buy her 'sparkling' shoes! She chose two pairs of shoes, a dress, a handbag & some new knickers! She was very pleased with all her new things! Then we went to see Aladdin at the theatre it was very good I really enjoyed it. as I've already said in another thread Caiceys mother didn't even say thank you to me....I'm going to talk to her about that in due course, at least my niece said thank you

I've got an easy day at work today , I'm going to have half an hour in the garden before I head back out

Still dark here but I don't really care what kind of weather we have today. I've got paying work to keep me inside all day.

Will be drinking copious amounts of tea and listening to cheesy romance Christmas movies manufactured by Hallmark as I work

Its cool and raining here, so much for a white Christmas.

We had a busy weekend, and this week is going to be the same, although Brad is closing the shop on Thursday, so were off from Thursday until next Tuesday.....cant wait!!

I have a bunch of errands to do for me as well as Brad today, so I am off to beat the crowds and get it done.

I didn't get any gardening done in the end but I did clean out the hens! That will save me a job tomorrow .

Wonderful news @Zigs, half way through the dark nights , yesterday I had my sunglasses on for half an hour!

It's solstice day! We've turned the corner for another year.

We've got one last burst of leaf clearing planned at work today, so of course it's quite windy out there. Oh well, should make it interesting anyway.

Good morning everyone, a real black one out there this morning and still sounds like its throwing a hooley. Not looking forward to walking Amber in it at all hope she doesn't get restless for a while. She has had her breakfast.
