Good morning everyone
Another very busy day today for me. Trying clear redecorate and re floor a room at my parents so my daddy can get home from hospital with all his equipment by his birthday 11 Jan. Going to be a diy Christmas for me and the kids this year.

Blowing a hooley here, still too dark to see what has happened in the garden. Shadow is lying
in his bed, patiently waiting for his food, then we shall go out. Blimey, he is so different
from 'Fred', heavier and more muscular. In the garden he is like a pocket rocket. but he loves a cuddle.

Yes, we certainly know we have him.

Oh my Beckie, that cake is beautiful! I'm sure it tastes as good as it looks.

Still dark here and don't know if we're blowing anything - I don't think I've ever seen a hooley but if one started pressing it's nose on my window, I would certainly pay notice.

Solstice - hmmm, well our Aboriginals had their solstice celebration yesterday so I guess we're ahead a little...

I hope everyone has a super day and a safe one. There are so many people out there, that this time year, they forget being safe in the moment because they're in a rush to get those last few gifts. Please be careful and don't let one of these run you down.

Its raining here yet again, feels like Spring time in Ontario, not the first full day of winter!!

I have a few errands to do today, as well as a trip down to Toronto, and then I think that's it for me until next Tuesday!!!

Off to throw some laundry into the dryer and then heading out shortly.....so enjoy your day everyone.

My last day at work before the Christmas break today, looks like being a sunny one too.

I'm taking Mrs Trunky out for a pre-Christmas meal tonight, as a kind of thank you for all the effort she's putting in catering for ten people on Christmas Day, and simply for being such a wonderful wife throughout the year.

Its another nice day here, people walking around in t-shirts!!! I mean come on, this is Canada not Florida for gods sake!!!

I've been to the grocery store this morning and got what was left on my list, so that's all done. Kait and Chris will be home this afternoon until Sunday, so we have a busy house.

I have some laundry on the go, so off to finish that......enjoy your day everyone.
