    11c and darkly overcast all day, but the wind has been wild. Still can't complain.

    @Steve R - positive thoughts coming your way, your area has really been through it this winter, so miserable for everyone.

      Grey skies, strong winds, and a top temperature of 52f. There was a few, and I do mean a few, moments of sunshine but I had to check to make sure I was really seeing it:doh: Right now the temperature is still 52f and the pressure reading is 1008mbs, with more rain and winds later tonight.:coffee:

        The breeze today is bending the leafless trees. But it is mild - temp is above freezing. Well, a bit above.. Just barbecued some chicken to make chicken caesar salad later..:)

          Well, the forecasters here got it wrong. :doh: Yes, we had gale force winds (but not severe) and the rain, but no damage apart from a couple of trees down and also no flooding to speak of. It's been dry since midday and the wind has almost completely dropped now - until tomorrow of course, when it makes a come back, 11C/52F.

          Thanks @"M" :) Just returned from the restaurant. Mr S and I booked an early meal to celebrate our anniversary and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The years are ticking round so fast now! :doh::)
