        It is well documented that doing exercise in the morning fills you with energy for the rest of the day.

        Today's fact from me is that it's a massive pork pie.

        I've been out to martial arts from 9 am til about 10:30. I am now absolutely cream crackered.

          My new garden is massive (in comparison to the one I'm leaving!) ....investigated the large nettle patch which appears to have died down at the side of the dilapidated shed and found two full sized canoes and the top half of an old landrover :loll: :roflol: :help: :spinning:
