One of mine would be Jarlsberg, unfortunately, I don't think it's vegetarian.

    Gorgonzola is another.

    What's your favorite? :)

I prefer a soft cheese and I think a well matured Brie de Meaux takes some beating,

I don't eat a lot a lot of cheese but I do like double gloucester with chives and I use strong cheddar for cooking - especially cheesy mash, mmmmm

I don't eat a lot of cheese either. I can't pick a favourite but like Double Gloucester with Chives, Danish Blue, Somerset Brie and Cottage cheese.

My name is Keith and I'm a cheeseaholic...................

Certainly nicer than the continental take on a blue cheese, and far more consistent quality than Stilton.
Waitrose do a very nice potted Stilton that gets the top of your mouth going.

Probably my favourite cheese! Does stink the house out though!!! The Morrisons own brand is actually a good substitute.

Had a lovely old fashioned hard cheddar from the farmers market t'other day, along with a "mouth throbbing" crumbly cheddar.
A well matured Oxford Blue is a joy, as is a nice crumbly Cheshire or Wensleydale.
Co-op do a really excellent vintage Gouda.
And sometimes I just want a nice Edam. Toasted Gruyerre is lovely. I could go on.

Worst is any cheese with fruit in - what on earth is that about?

I always buy Canadian extra mature Cheddar.
Its great on toast sprinkled with black pepper and toasted sesame seeds.
