pak choi

can anyone tell me when to harvest my pak choi as it is getting very large leaves on and the stuff i see at the asian market is quite small

 

Blimey, only just sown mine.

If they are big and fleshy then time to munch, before they start to bolt, which they tend to do in dry weather.

 

If the flea beetles don't get them first.

 

thanks the leaves are like dinner plate size already
