Shrub ID

A cyber friend sent a picture to a site I am on and wants to know what the shrub is. It's the only picture sent, so will have to go by that picture only.
Bleeding heart came to mind, but she says the leaves are more 'waxy' (her words) than the aforementioned.

 

That is a tiny blurry photo to ID from, but a guess would be Arbutus Unedo.

 

Thanks Fens. I can barely make out what it is from the pic as it's so bad. I'll suggest to her it's an Arbutus.
