Are the seeds a type of nicotiana? I thought about it but then I read that it is not so much difficult to grow but hard to get the drying process right!!! and then you have to shred it, unless of course you are growing cigars!! but best of luck, let us know how you get on I'll buy a couple of ounces!!!! :yess:

Be very carefull handling them, nicotine is absorbed thru the skin, best read up about them before touching.

Smoking any cigarette is toxic, I hope you all see that...
I actually like the "Golden Virginia" tobacco (is yours "golden"?) more than any cigarette.
      But I hardly smoke anyway...

Take a look at this, it'll tell you all you need to know about growing, harvesting and curing http://www.webbyboy.co.uk/writing/tobacco/Tobaccouk.pdf

Many years ago, my Father had a go at 'growing his own' - the growing was easy but the curing and cutting seemed to be a bit of a 'faff', and as I recall involved the addition of golden syrup at some point as well the use of my Mother's herb mill (which went down very well as you may imagine! :gaagh:)
