Hi, just clearing out the shed and come across two plastic bottles seemingly the same, but the snails have eaten the labels! they are both bayer garden products I know one is concentrated Glyphosate but cant remember what the other is.
It looks like white emulsion paint, does anyone have an idea what it might be?

Thanks, I was thinking it might be ultimate bug killer but not sure. I only bought them last season or so, so it can't be an old product.
I could just throw it away, but where is the fun in that?

Ok, so I sprayed it over some flowers, veg and a few weeds, and nothing happened.
    So its not a weedkiller.
So its either an anti fungal or a pesticide.

No, white bugs I'm afraid, but the plants are all ok, and there wasn't any risk because my neighbour didn't even notice me spraying...

Ok guys, all joking aside, Homebase does not sell agent orange or napalm. There is no reason to over react!
These things are designed to be used in the garden, and are not going to be a global health risk even if used at full strength. There really is no reason to throw away an expensive product just because you forgot what it is. We are surely capable of identifying a substance, and then using it in an appropriate way.
I thought it was an excellent suggestion to spray my prize blooms. Experimentation is the way to go, and was the way we discovered things in the first place.
What was the worst thing that could have happened? Think of the most powerful chemical for sale for use in the home environment what could it do? Even Pathclear and other similar herbicides do not poison the soil for long.
Thanks to John for entering into the spirit of things.
