    All done @Jimcub. I used checkatrade to find a plumber on Monday morning.

    Also, just replaced the destroyed light fitting in CL1.1's room. I knew water had got into the light fitting because I saw it flare up, but what a bizarre thing to find when I set to work replacing it. The actual light bulb was full of water. I thought they were a sealed unit.
