    Want to get a Holly of some sort,any ideas for a fairly quick grower?

    Hi Gogs
    Ilex(Holly)-Ilex x Aquifolium(J.c.van Tol)
    Broadly shaped female tree/Self-fertile so berries guaranteed every year,without a male nearby.
    Not sure about speed of growth.

    In my experience about as fast as they come ( but that's still not very). Excellent cultivar.

    Also I've found its the cheapest variety in the large plant nurseries, so you can buy big!
