Hi, I have been really contemplating gardening for years and never had the the confidence to venture into it until, that is, my baby suddenly 'sprouted' (you'll see later on where this comes in) to a 3 yo. Well as a parent we are to educate and to instill a 'you can do anything you put your mind to' attitude to our lil ones, so I bit the bullet and bought some modest gardening supplies to help start off on our gardening adventure. Everything is growing well, I did however have in mind to grow some Rocket..easy to grow etc, however, going into my seed box after sowing my 'Rocket' a few weeks earlier I discovered that I've grown sprouts and they look a right tangle mess. I must have about 50 seedlings in one pot...what can I do? They look healthy but I think it will be a near on imposibilty to seperate them without causing some sort of root damage. Anyone offer any suggestions please. TIA

Welcome to Gardeners Corner Fairyvegmother. Sorry, I'm not a veg grower as such but other members will be along to help you out with your questions. :)

You could grow them, and just eats the little plants for the greens as you

You could, yes. I just think it would be tough and bitter. Never tried it.

They often sell sprout tops for greens in the winter, not my kind of thing but people do buy them.
