Acer Seedlings

Hi,

I've managed to get some acer seeds to grow. They are in these 2cm cell trays. The seedlings are about an inch tall and have a pair of leaves. I'm wondering when to transplant them and what size of pots to use?

 

I'd leave them to grow another half inch and then transfer them to something twice or three times the size.
